Role Overview
You’ll support our Senior Bookkeeper with day-to-day financial tasks, with a focus on processing lesson payments and keeping records accurate and organized.
This role is steady, structured, and important to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily transactions (lesson payments, expenses, deposits)
Track and process payments from families
Monitor accounts (who has paid and who hasn’t)
Assist with billing and basic accounts payable
Reconcile transactions (matching payments to records)
Keep financial records clean and organized
Support payroll tracking for coaches
Help identify and fix discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
2+ year of bookkeeping, accounting, and strong administrative experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and consistent—you follow through
Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Able to work independently once trained
Fluency in Quickbooks software
Bonus (not required):
Experience handling payments or billing
Experience managing schedules, records, or family logistics
